To tell the difference in GSP and pipe organ, if its pipe organ it will have a hollow tube below the polyp that stays erect when the polyp is closed, if its GSP it will only have a tissue bump when the polyp is closed.

Looked up both gsp and pipe organ both look the same to me. I did look at the frags closer and see the hollow tube so I'm going to say pipe organ but still maybe wrong. Thanks for the help
