Wanting Mature Sand Empty Wanting Mature Sand

Post by matt_longview Sun 26 Feb 2012, 1:39 am

This isn't random I promise. I'm looking for someone who has a nice mature live sand bed with goodies in it. I started my tank with dry sand and one or two times I've seeded with some live sand, but I still just see no worms or any other sand life. I don't even seem to have a ton of pods down there (I have the larger 2mm guys, but I want some fleas!). So I've been searching around for some packs to get this kind of stuff going and it's $40 or $50! Thought it was crazy when I could just get a cup of good live sand and a bit of patience. :-)
