I have a Cree LED fixture that I retrofitted into a 24" fixture for sale. It's currently over my 30g frag system, which is pictured below. The color temp is approx 16k. I believe the light output/par on this to be similar to the 120w Evolution LEDs. Here's the info:

17 Royal Blue CREE LEDs
7 Cool White CREE LEDs

The LEDs are powered by two non-dimmable meanwell 700mA drivers. 12RBs on one outlet, 7CW/5RB on the other. The fixture only pulls 72 watts, so it's very energy efficient. Here are pics of the tank it was lighting.

I was just talking on the phone about this light earlier and said it would cover about a 30" wide area. Higher corals higher and in the middle... less light on the edges and down low. Light output will be similar to the 120w Evo LED that you have. :-)

How do you have this sitting on the tank? Legs
Just sitting on top? That's the reason I was talking about thinking it wouldn't fit.
Since my 20L is 30 inches long.

Got a photo of the fixture?

I was just fixing to palce a rapid order and stuff one in the one I have over it now.

It's a 24" fixture over my 24" cube, so I have the canopy built so that the fixture just sits right on the canopy and the sides cover it.

I'm sure there are some legs that would fit the fixture to make it work with 30", or it could be suspended. This would work perfect over a 29g, might be a bit much over a 20g... you'd need to keep it pretty high.

I'll get some pics and call you.

My other idea would be to take the guts out of your fixture and swap them over to mine.
That way I can add some fans ect... and i know it would fit lol.

If i don't answer you right away its because I will be at work in a minute and cell phones are not permitted in my work area. But if i walk out the bay door its ok?
