Sand and Live Rock to seed tank

I'm looking for a little live sand and or rock from an established aquarium to help seed mine. In in the longview area. Thanks

I found rock but I won't get it for a couple weeks. Im still looking for a cup or 2 of sand to help seed the tank.

I'm in Tyler, if you are coming this way over the weekend let me know. I have live sand. Most of the guys in L'view have bare bottom tanks as far as I know.
