For Sale Rules

1) Must be a member
2) Must have at least 5 posts
3) No Reoccurring Sales. If you want to start a business or are one, the only fair way is for that you must become a ETAK Sponsor. The idea of this board is for ETAK members to sell used items to fellow Aquarists, not create a money stream.

Several places have a no auction/bidding policy. I'd like to see something like that as well. Also all posts should have a price and location. Might be good to add those. Once you decide to add them or not you can delete this post so that this sticky doesn't become confusing! :-D

Also please put that the item has been SOLD.. So the thread can be deleted

I think it'd be fair to leave in a "Or Best Offer" clause. That can always be done through private message.

Or best offer I agree as long as people don't accept an offer and then turn them down afterwards because someone else offered more.

I have used equipment that I do not need and was putting it on here to help members be able to buy high quility equipment way below retail. As far as the web site post I am only at this time trying to get interests of members so that I can see what members needs are and ad the items to my site. I can assure you I am not trying to make a living selling fish and equipment on this site. I am only going into the business to HELP other hobbiests in east texas as I am sick of having to drive to get my stuff. I own another business that supports my family. I will remove all my posts immediatly. Sorry if my posts offended anyome.

Im not worried...lol There are other sites with way more members. I just wanted to be a part of this site as i am in east texas and my new business would be real good for all the members!!!!
