Get it into quarantine and treat with copper. You'll have to get all the other fish out of the display and leave it fallow for about 6 weeks.

I had a large chromide get a few spots after I had it a while. I fed it extra well and kept a close eye on it and other fish. None were affected and chromide got better without medication. I learned with fresh water that sickly fish are a problem that will be often just sickly.

I been doing a few water changes. and keeping the temp a few degrees higher than normal.
But haven't put them in the qt tank yet because as soon as I got it set up
my boy noticed a small puddle confused resealed it today. But I noticed that there 0 spots on the tang. I know the cleaner shrimp was having a field day with him yesterday.

But I looked up on ich and found out the different stages of it. And something about the spots falling off. But still having a infected tank.

As soon as the qt tank dries enuf tho it will get wet. I hope all goes well with this.

Good idea. I believe no tank will be empty of spores BUT they will not affect healthy fish with good immune systems
