mmmmmMMMMmmmmm
I so miss my yellow labs.
I always wondered if they would have lived a long healthy life if
I acclimated them to saltwater lol

Re: some of my fish
I only got into SW after my 6 year old oscars died from a heater malfunction. I went to the pet store to buy more oscars and my wife said "why don't you do a saltwater tank?" I'm sure she regrets saying that now.

Re: some of my fish
Alcolapia alcalicus
The soda cichlid has several physiological adaptations 1 is that it lives in the highly saline water of Lake Natron and you may be able to acclimated them to saltwater better. Temp. you can keep the tank at 82 to 85 f and the fish will be ok, water of Lake Natron 9.5-10.5, kH 7000+ and temperature 90-110°F!
