Re: Reason to keep tank cover
You just need a smaller tank so they can't get a running start. I keep all my eagle rays in my 2.5 gallon pico along with my shoal of blue hippo tangs. There's no aggression, they all get along and hang out together.

Do I need to call the tang police?
Re: Reason to keep tank cover
What? What's the big deal? They're small right now and I'm going to upgrade to a 240 in a few months.

Re: Reason to keep tank cover
Mine were doing fine... although the tangs stayed in the rock work a lot. I haven't seen them for awhile though. You think they may have gotten lost, were unable to find their way out of the rocks? I have a lot of rocks...

Nah... It's a tattoo. Doesn't hurt the fish at all. They just nail it's wings down to a giant piece of wood and burn it's skin until the image looks right.
