What is your opinion on Floridas new mandatory drug testing law to recieve welfare? 
It starts on the 1st and you have to pay for your own testing to qualify.
Me personally I think it is the best thing since the invention of the wheel. EVERY state should implament this law.

Wow. That's very interesting. I love it. I don't like that they have to pay for their test though. What's the expected cost on something like that? I wonder what they're going to do about people who are on prescription meds and such. Sounds like it will take a lot of man hours to inspect that high of an expectation. I hope they figure it out and it turns out beneficial because then other states will follow!

They only have to pay for the 1st test to be approved to get welfare and if they pass, they are re emberrsed through benefits.
