devils hand help

ok so my devil finger/devil hand what ever its called is starting to die he is slowly turning white however in my biocube all the paremeters are good he has called it home for several months he even got as big as my hand so my question is what could be wrong ive kept him on a healthy diet i have added a star blenny but the fish hasnt messed with him at all and that was over a month ago sooo any ideas

How many leathers do you have in the tank? And, how big is it? Leathers are notorious for their toxic wars. Some species do not play well together. One rule of thumb, make sure to keep leathers separated. Never let them touch each other! They can wipe out a tank within weeks.
