As most of you are aware, the word soon goes out around work that you are a "fish geek" or some such title. You are expected to be able to diagnose what is wrong with "my cousins son has a goldfish, and it keeps dying".... it keeps dying, it's a miracle....take it out of that Budweiser glass and buy a tank, change the water, use dechlorinator and don't feed it 3 oz of food a day.
"My sons fish keep dying, he takes them out and wipes the white spots off them, and he pulls the long poos off them that seem to be stuck to them as they swim" Buy a bigger filter, start from a-fresh, get rid of the ammonia, cycle the tank, feed them less.. and stop pulling them out of the water (that one is real).

Anyway, one guy says, "Hey want to buy my 55G tank, not old, with stand, some canister filter (Rena XP2), LED lights (Marineland singles, alas, 36" long) power heads and under gravel filter (YUK) $250"

Sorry, but I'm OK, and to be honest, you'll be lucky to get $250, sorry, but that's the way of used tanks.

3 weeks later, "Hey, want that tank, you can have it for $200?"
Nah, it's OK, I don;t need another tank.

Monday.
"Look, I want to get rid of that tank, it's just collecting dust in my garage, and it will end up getting hit by something, and then be worthless...... give me $100 and I'll bring it in to work, what do you say?"

OH S**t

OK, for a $100 I'll take it.

Everything is as he said......erm.... anyone want a 15" x 12 x 12" Greece Temple, would make a great Blenny slalom course through the columns!

Sometimes it's hard to say no ...... now what the heck will I use it for?

PANIC EDIT
Oh heavens above, I have an empty 30G also, no, no,no,no,no...don't say it!
