i bought some stuff from them with the fedex express shipping i never got the stuff i bought and no response i also paid with paypal so it was instant anyone have any input on this ?

Have you tracjed the package to see it's late or showing a delivered? If late I would contact them so they know its late and see how the stuff arrives. If status hows delivered, I would inform them you never received and hav them contact Fed Ex, confirm the shipping address, and get a confirmation delivery signature.

You'll be lucky to get anything from them...ever and if/when you do get it the order will most likely be wrong. They are the worst company I've ever ordered from.
When did you order and when was it supposed to arrive? Given this companies history I wouldn't wait too long to file a paypal dispute if you don't hear from them soon.

With them, it's not a matter of being ripped off... more like "When". They still owe me & those that were part of a group buy I put together $80. Two years ago. They've been ripping people off for years. Good Luck.

I've ordered from them 4-5 times and always got exactly what I ordered, showed up on time and communication was never a problem (phone or email)
You should have a tracking number for what they shipped , what does the tracking info say ? Shipped, in-transit, delivered ? I would keep calling or send another email, They have been great for me, and I would buy again with no worries.

well the shipment arrived and i cant complain really supposed to get a 1000 count bag of amphipods and copepods buy one get one free and they send me a nice bag of about 60 amphipods and a handful of mud

ive alwase had great luck with them if anything they send me more crabs/snails than i ordered.
