Re: Hello everyone Am New to the hobby
Welcome to the forums!
There are many things you can do in a 20g aquarium. It all depends on what equipment you're running. What filtering, skimmer and lighting are you running?
I wouldn't recommend an anemone in a small aquarium. They'll outgrow it rather quickly, but some people have done it for sure. They're not the best place to start for beginners though.
Check out this thread with lots of articles for anyone new to saltwater, and of course... ask lots of questions. There are many helpful members with years of experience in the hobby.

Welcome. I haven't been here long but the guys here are helpful and kind, so you'll enjoy the forums. Like you I'm new to this too, but you're braver than I am to jump straight into saltwater, but the fish you'll keep are going to look amazing.

I agree that an anemone is not what you wanna start with unless it's something lime a chondolactus. But your clowns won't host in those usually. Like Matt was saying, you can do lotta depending on you equipment and FAITHFUL water change. Also, WELCOME TO THE FORUM!

Re: Hello everyone Am New to the hobby
Welcome, there are as you'll find, several folks new to SW, myself included.
The links Matt gave you are great for starting your learning, from there you'll have even more questions most likely, and your reading goes on, my certainly is.
One thing that may help you, if it's possible, would be to set up a sump under your tank (if it's on a fish cabinet?). A 10G tank can be made into a sump with live rock, cheato, pump and a skimmer, that would increase your water volume too.
It sounds like an interesting project and I'll be interested to see how your tank develops and grows.....and we love pics of tanks.

Hey Daniel,
There is a book I highly recommend. It's called "The Conscientious Marine Aquarist" by Robert M. Fenner. I just got mine in the mail today and it explains everything in great detail and understandable language. It gives people like me and you a good understanding of what to do and why. Several of the members here on the forum recommended it to me and man where they right about how informative it is. It's a MUST have.
I paid $3.99 for it on Amazon, but I saw others on there for $5 to $59. So check out Amazon.com
