planted set up possibly sell

I'm considering selling my planted tank as I could be upgrading soon.. I wanted to put a couple lines out there and see if anyone is interested.
Its 35 gal long (36x12x18), canopy with a AHsupply 54 watt PC 3-6-10 bulb for great plant growth.. the substrate is Miracle grow organic potting soil with black diamond sand cap.

150 watt Rena smart heater,
cascade 700 canister filter
18watt coralife turbotwist UV sterilzer,
4x3watt (12 total watts) Led moonlights
I can sell individual pieces, but would like to let the entire package go
I want to keep my planted tank equipment, but I do have a lot of plants that I can sell to get ya started also

$250-the price is for the tank, stand, canopy, lights (grow light and led moonlights), and substrate. I'm keeping the planted equipment for my next project as well as the canister filter, unless the price is right of course. I'm always into trades so if anyone is open to it I'm looking for a 65 gal (36x18x24), basically the same length as my tank but wider and taller for my stem plants.
