Just curious. What are you planning ? If it's a refugium then you'll probably get a good starter colony of pods from cheato that's been in a tank for a while.
If you're in a hurry to start a breeding population for feeding dwarf / baby seahorses or mandarins then do a Google. IPSF has quality stuff (the mini brittle starfish rock).
If you mail order , be sure to get the fastest shipping possible and specify your location. It's already hot here and you don't want your stuff sitting on hot concrete for too long.
