Pretty hardy and easy coral. Little or a lot of light depends on what lighting you have and how deep your tank is. If you have a 400w metal halide then you may want to put it in low light but if you have a 2 bulb t5 you may want to put it in the higher lighting of the tank. One good way to tell is if it looks like it's "reaching" for light then you may want to move it up. It's pretty adaptable to any flow but don't blast it directly with a powerhead. Gentle flow is ok but a good random current around it will help it stand up straight and shed it's skin when it needs to.

i have 2 t5's across the tank and 2 more in the middle that only cover half, and my tank is about 2 feet tall.. the hand is in the middle of the depth, but is still kinda folded over. although he has is days were he will perk up a little it but not much... and its also getting a gentle flow.. what do u suggest ?

I'd move it to a well lit area. It may take some time to expand and open up but with good water quality and decent light it will do fine. Keep in mind everytime you move it there will be an adjustment period before it settles in. Leathers can stay closed for days at a time.
