It's too late for me, I meant that for other people. I stick my hands in the tank all the time. I spent about 10 minutes the other day picking some kind of spines out of my fingers from a weird sponge looking thing with needles coming out of it.

try spending 3 hours picking bristles out of your finger from a bristle worm. then having to wait about 2 weeks for the embedded ones to finally work themselves out.

I thought that's what it was at first until I realized the coral I was holding had little bristles all over the side of it. No idea what it is but I won't touch it anymore.

Trust me you would have known if it was a bristleworm. it feels like fire is being shot into your finger. However that may have just been my reaction - - - - - -

I got this beat. I was trying to catch a fish out of a FW community when I slid my finger down the raw glass top . The wound healed but a large knot formed on top of the finger. It took several liquid nitrogen treatments to finally kill whatever it was and I still have the scar. I almost made the AMA journal.
