Hmmm, I'll guess red montipora digitata, millepora to the right and blue tort in the back.

I'd say sunset peach montipora digitata on the left. Definately acro but I can't find a blue acro with green polyps... and I don't know on the right either. If you just got them today maybe wait a few days and see if the colors change any.

I agree on the digitata and the Acro. Really tryin to ID the mille. Was hoping someone would say red planet. Very Happy looks to be similar but not for sure.

It does look similar to the red planet. I'll post some pics of mine soon maybe that wil help id. The polyps on mine are farther apart and is tabling instead of branching

I looked at some various pics and I still believe that is a yellow milli of some kind. It's not a J_G yellow though.

Sweet. I surfed around a little last night, I dont think it is red planet but it is very similar. Red planet seems to have a more red definiton to it.

I went to the ORA website and sorted through the Red Planet pics. You are right, they have more red definition but the same color combinations. Either way, that is a beautiful piece you have!!

So another forum I'm on has a gal that is intentionally NOT killing her Aiptasia....matter of fact, she's basically keeping the tank without doing ANY maintenance to see if she can maintain tank and water quality without dosing, etc. It's a very interesting read as she is very thorough in her explanations of what she's doing. Anyway, here's a current pic of her "anemone."

That's the thing I've been telling people about. I talked to Paul B on reefcentral and he has the patent applied for on this device, he's the one that invented it. According to him several people stole his idea and his version is coming out soon. PS Aquatics Mojano Wands is what he called them.

Actually she has several tanks, but this is a 1.5 gal pico that she is purposefully "experimenting on" for a lack of a better term. She has put various species of hermits and snails together looking for compatibility, has tried several types of macro algae and mushrooms. Moving stuff around, breeding hermits, etc.

It's far from neglect, more of an intentional "see what I can make of it."

Very Happy
