Nice start will be interesting to follow the build, good luck with the little Panda Goby, they tend to get lost a lot.

Nice start Kevin, and I love the Panda Goby. Do you have a skimmer in the back? If so what type? I've got a 24G JBJ to start, but before I do i'm thinking about getting a skimmer to fit in there.

yes I have a nano skimmer in the back (oceanic nano) and using the built in chamber system. 1 filter sponge, live rock no sand am looking at adding a small premix packet of some kind. The one thing I have noticed with the lights on during the day the temp rises about 2-3 degrees (79-82), but probably not enough to worry about.

I have about 1/3 of a five gal bucket full of tahitian moon black sand if you want it. I switched my reef to white florida sand when i set it back up and its just gonna sit in that bucket till somebody takes it. I'm in longview right behnd walgreens by good sheppard on 80
