I finally have a saltwater tank up and running, and I'm looking to fill in some of the open realestate in the tank. I'm eventually wanting to make a seahorse tank out of it, so I guess I'm looking for softies/shrooms/some mild LPS. I'm still a noob to salt, so anyone looking to do business with me would have to withstand questions with answers they'd find fairly obvious.

Not looking for handouts, will pay your fair prices.

Let me know if you're interested, thanks!

ok if you just got it up and running you should wait a bit for the tank to cycle with your live rock, like 3-4 weeks

I think you may find this group useful if you're looking at Seahorses.

From what I've read on another forum, you need to run the tank for several months before adding Seahorses.

The water flow needs to be moderate not high flow for them also.

The tank was already established, been up for years - I purchased it up and running from another forum member. It just has a lot of empty space - 3/4 of the rock is empty I'd say. I'd like to start dropping a few frags in there, it'll still be several months before it sees any fish. It's a 60 gallon, I plan on just having a pair of seahorse in there and some friendly coral.

Thanks for the link Yeti!
