nanocube 6 gal led upgrade
After the fans stopped working (very common problem as they are not made for saltwater, just some cheap pc fans) the fluorescent ballast finally gave up and burned out along with the capacitors and bulb. Getting a custom kit is way too pricey and leaving it open with a clip on light tends to evaporate the water more effectively. Solution? DIY. Found a marineland led light for $25, and currently in the process of retrofitting. Will post pictures of the assembly process for those interested.
