Deer Lease
Anyone know of a good lease in Marshall area with an opening at a reasonable price?

Tony
If you do find a lease be very careful and check it out very carefully. I just found out last Friday that the place that joins mine that has been leased out I know for 12 years was being leased out illegally by a big hunting club. It just happened that when I was entering my lease that I ran into the owners of the other property and in our conversations dicovered that they allow no hunting on any of their lands, well to say the least the hunting club or the owners forestry agent has some explaining to do. I am in talks with the owner though so if anything comes of it I will let you know but it probably wont be this year.

Wow that's crazy. Keep mind mind though. Got a 20 acre and a 1000acre place but both are in lufkin that's free. Would like something a little closer.
