Jose, most forums have a setup where you can "split thread" and then you can select the posts that come out of that thread and move them into a new one. You can just split these posts into a "LED vs MH/Ford vs Chevy" post. lol

Re: 175 gal Tank build
I love the the stand and canopy. Where do you plan on putting it? I can imagine that tank going in a study/office or something.
Re: 175 gal Tank build
That is a beautiful tank! I really like the canopy. It is not so bulky.
Some tanks have too much top and bottom for my taste. They should be eye catching but not compete with the beauty that will be inside the tank. I will be interested in seeing how you set this up. I can only dream of starting with a tank that beautiful!
I am working on a 125 gal that I bought from someone on here actually. The tank is perfect and the stand could have just been painted, but I decided to put it in my living room which required a bit more fancying up to fit in with china and old furniture. It has been fun though!

Sorry we did all this to your 175g build thread! Maybe we can get Jose to delete all this crap and give you back your thread. You will find on hear that we like to give each other a hard time but we should'nt have done it at your expense, please excuse our ignorance.

Re: 175 gal Tank build
Ok I know its been a while since I have posted a update but I have the tank up and running now. I have a black saddle back, a yellow tang, sailfin tang, peppermint shrimp, and some snails. I have to get another skimmer because the one I had I dropped and it broke so hopefully I can get another one by tonight. Ill be posting some pics soon.
