15G Pond Kit from Lowe's
I am planning a 800+ gallon tropical pond, but bought this kit from Lowe's to tide me over til the big one is done. It is between 15-16 gallons and currently holds 4 Rosey Reds, 3 Rosy Barbs, a Platy, Molly and 2 Snails.

That would be cool as hell inside the house but come august your gonna have fish soup!! Those rosey reds are cold water fish. preferring like 50-70 degrees, they drop like flies
when they hit about 85

Re: 15G Pond Kit from Lowe's
I've kept a 1900 gallon pond for years . It has a 100 gallon planted filter that feeds a waterfall , is shaded by large oak trees and turnover is roughly 2x per hour.
It was originally a koi pond until it turned over and I lost everything but I've kept several tropical species in it . They do quite well ( at least during the warmer months) . Be prepared to bring 'em all inside though. You know Texas weather.
