Tangs 475g build

This is kinda a continuation thread from the original build thread over at swf.com Over there is the total build till Aug 2011. The tank is a glass 8'x3'x3' Oceanic custom, built in 2006. I aquired it used (empty) in Feb of this year.

oops - how do I post pictures? - upload directly from the computer? without posting to another site?

Also - I'd love to get a video of the thing running - If anyone local can come over some weekend - your time will be compensated. I don't have a video cam and just spent too much $$ on a controller for the thing - so maybe later in the year.

Need to talk to Donnie... he's the video guy. Takes great videos!

I'd love to see a vid of the tank. I was considering borrowing my church's HD camera to do a video of my tank soon (9 months is just a few weeks away) so maybe I could film yours at that time as well. If I get the heads up to grab it, I'll let you know for sure.

Hey guys, I use a very affordable Kodak Playsport camera. This thing is great, it is waterproof and shockproof and takes 720P, 1080P video and has settings for underwater correction and macro focus. Anybody can use the thing, just turn it on and shoot. I bought mine for like $140.00 with a kit that had a 16 gb sd card and a bunch of other stuff but you can get the camera alone for around $90.00. I'm posting a link from ebay as an example. Amazon.com has them also if you don't like ebay.

Hey Ken how's the tank com in along? Everything over here is doing good and seems to be growing. Lostvthat elegance though. It was in pretty rough shape though.
