I got some prime today, and going to dose my newly made saltwater. Can I put a capful into 55 gal aquarium to help with the ammonia and nitrates that are in the tank? One more question, when I dose the water I just made for tnk will it show zero ammonia after I put prime in?

Got one koralia 750 gph for my 55 and wondering if anyone can tell me where i need to position powerhead and do i run it at night??
